The NEW Raíces Program: CyberHired is a specialized workforce development program designed to bridge the critical gap between foundational knowledge and gainful employment in the cybersecurity sector.

This intensive 10-week cohort will be led by our Senior Volunteer Amy Knoell, who has over 15 years of experience recruiting professionals in cybersecurity.

MAIN TOPICS THAT WILL BE DISCUSSED IN THE COHORT:

• Define their Career Path: Navigating the more than 50 different trades and specializations within the field to find their specific niche.

• Build a Digital Portfolio: Documenting their journey and "learning in public" to demonstrate passion and expertise to potential employers.

• Master the Job Hunt: Utilizing expert guidance to tailor resumes, navigate applicant tracking systems, and prepare for behavioral and technical interviews.
