Kevin Apolinario
CHAPTER DIRECTOR
Kevin Apolinario started working at the age of 9 with his father in a supermarket. He learned about hard work and dedication from his dad. At age of 14 he worked in a pizzeria and has worked various roles in the fast-food industry.
In 2002 his dad got him a Sony VAIO pc. He started to get familiar with operating systems and hardware parts on his first windows xp machine. He would spend hours playing video games and open pc computers. In 2008 he worked volunteer for the NYPD and participated in different events such as meals on wheels and school events.
In 2014 he started learning about information technology and went to a technical training school in Brooklyn. He started studying comptia a+ to understand how computer parts work. He completed his comptia a+ and started his first job for the department of education. Kevin has worked various roles from mac technician, IT support, executive support. He currently works as a tech trainer for DMV IT Solutions and Infrastructure Support for a Fintech company.
